Job Description

Responsibilities:
1) Support installation and maintenance of computer peripherals
2) Solve Customer Problems concerning Computer / Mobile Phone Operation
3) Perform routine maintenance, installation, commissioning, performance adjustment, analysis, and software upgrade of client computer, networking equipment, and file server
4) Help Customers to check their computers and update anti-virus software
5) Support and resolve network connection issues
6) Perform other tasks assigned by Superiors

Requirements:
1) Diploma in I.T., Computer Science or related discipline
2) 1 year hands-on experiences in setup and support for the following matters is an advantage:

  • Microsoft Windows 7 and above, Trend Micro anti-virus, Microsoft Office & common desktop applications.
  • Microsoft 2012 domain server or above, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP, Windows server backup & remote desktop service.
  • Android and iOS, Linux, Office 365 Email and Microsoft Outlook client.
  • Document scanning service via SMB function of common brand of network copiers.

3) Basic knowledge in networking, including: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewall, NAS & Wi-Fi devices.
4) Holder of CCNA or MCSE is an advantage.
