Responsible for developing key pharma industrial customers for Miltenyi products, through identification, engagement, and communication of products and therapy-related concepts to pharma KOLs. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop individualized engagement plans for target KOLs in specific areas;

Engage national level opinion leaders / influencers in scientific dialogue on disease state and relevant product information.

Essential duties and responsibilites:

• External KOL Management:

  • Identify critical scientific personnel in pharma, academia-associated clinical centers and other clinical institutions for Miltenyi;

  • Develop and coordinate engagement plans for scientific personnel;

  • Effectively engage with scientific personnel to advance scientific and medical dialogue for a specific therapy or disease and relevant products;

  • Organize and run external scientific events for Miltenyi about relevant disease or therapeutic topics.

• Internal Support:

  • Provide scientific support to the commercial team as necessary;

  • Collect key insights about the market, competitors, therapies and customers and communicate them to commercial and BD lead;

  • Identify and communicate key clinical and research issues from pharma customers to appropriate departments;

  • Maintain appropriate communication with Medical, Regulatory and Legal personnel to ensure appropriate timelines and procedures are adhered to;

  • Maintain clinical expertise through education, relevant symposia, scientific workshops, and review of key journals.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in medicine, pharmacy or biomedical science;

• Disease specialization preferred but not required (e.g., Hematologist);

• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or academic setting, hospital, or industry.

• Technical core skills in Basic literature & clinical data consolidation & analysis skills; as well as the basic understanding of disease area & relevant products preferre

• Strong reading skills in English preferred;

• Strong presentation skills and verbal negotiation skills preferred;

• Able to travel more than 50%
