? Technical Support for CMS(Contamination Management Solutions)

? Support sales for key customer and business development

? Provide support to service team for critical technical issue

? Demo project follow up

Functional responsibilities

? Work with HQ CMS system product manager, support new product introduction and business development in subsidiary to sales team

? Accompany customer meeting to answer all technical question for the products in charge

? Provide advanced technical advise to sales and service team for critical technical issues

? Support demo target set up and follow up demo project from installation to success

? Assist to installed base follow up and to failure analysis to determine the root cause of failure

? Ensure the SI training to field service team

? Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.

? Finish ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor.

Qualification

? Education: Bachelor Degree or above in chemical or micro electrics engineering

? Working Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as PIE, YE, PE engineer in semiconductor Fab, or 5 years in chemical analyze lab with semiconductor related experience.

? Language: Proficient English skills in written and speaking
