Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries via emails, live-chats and forums
- Assist engineers/dealers/customers to prepare documentation for new products
- Assist engineers to help test/debug new products and becoming part of New Product development!
- Prepare and conduct training to customers
Requirements:
- Degree is preferred but we'll consider all passionate applicants
- Fluent in both written and spoken English a must knowing all communications to customers are in English.
- Well-organized, responsible, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure
- Good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
