Job Description
Main Duties
- Be responsible for the smooth and timely daily operation of Technical Support Group during his/her shift
- Follow up troubleshooting and defects rectifications and maintenance checks requested from customer/airlines and compliance with procedures and requirements of the Company, customers/airlines and regulatory authorities
- Lead and deploy maintenance teams to provide quality fleet technical management services to customers/airlines
- Coordinate with Production team to handle ad hoc critical maintenance tasks
- Report irregularities/discrepancies to Superiors/Management and for Management analysis
- Be the focal point of contact with customers/airlines for daily operation related to technical issues
- Prepare daily maintenance reports as required by customers/airlines
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ working experience in aircraft maintenance
- Possess HKAR66 license is preferable
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Good organization and communication skills
- Require shift duties in roster basis
