Job Description
Technical support and certification specialist responsibilities include technnical support for the partners and staff, conducting, trainings and seminars, offering of replacemens, preparing of technical documenetation etc. and organisation of certification process for the product portfolio which is presented on the Russian market. Technical support: Providing technical support and issue resolution to internal and external customers. Maintaining database of technical documentation (presentations, user manuals, product passports and/or technical specifications, localized software). Development, preparation and conducting of trainings, seminars for sales department employees, regional representatives, and business partners. Competitive analysez. Replacement of competitor’s equipment with Eaton’s analogue. Standart technical solutions development (with the usage of schemes, drawings,specifications). Technical documentation preparation: localization of technical instructions, operating manuals, diagrams and other technical documentation. Certification: Conducting the process of certification: budgeting, planning and organasing the process of getting the certificates. Interactions with certification bodies. Organization of audit and inspection controls of manufacturing plants. Interections with EATON's responsible departments to get needed information Qualifications Education level required bachelor's degree in the field of electrical engineers, industrial automatics Years and area of experience required 1+ Technical knowledge 1. Experience in working in technical support department 2. Knowledge of products: the low and middle-voltage equipment, modular technical equipment, Power Distribution components (MCB’s, MCCB’s, distribution panels etc), Industrial Control (drives, soft starters, contactors, sensors, converters of frequency), Automation products (relays, operators’ panels etc) will be a plus 3. Experience in certification process will be a plus 4.Experience of handling electrical components/equipment is a plus 5.
