Job Description

Location: Preferred office hubs - Dublin, London, Hoofddorp or Vilnius but open to remote EMEA.

 

Position Summary:

 

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing in-house Global Talent Acquisition Team for the EMEA Market.

 

You will be a strategic advisor and work closely with Hiring Managers to drive recruitment strategies and ensure we are hiring top talent and cultural adds, allowing us to exceed our business goals. You will look after the full recruitment life cycle for various technical roles across Bentley.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

 

  • Coach managers on the most effective hiring strategy depending on the role - job description recommendations, hiring location, level, compensation, as well as interview and selection process.
  • Be an excellent ambassador by promoting Bentley as a top employer and ensuring an excellent Candidate experience, always!
  • Develop strong relationships with HR, hiring managers, and senior leaders to execute solutions for process, practice, and policy improvement based on data analytics in line with best practices.
  • Advertise, source and pre-screen candidates – presenting and recommending qualified candidates to the hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with our Sourcing Team to create a high potential pool of candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers on who to proceed with.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and candidate feedback.
  • Recommend offer and package for finalist candidate, collaborating with local HR where necessary.
  • Keep up to date with market best practices and recommend innovative ideas and strategies that help us optimize our recruitment workflows and processes that fit with Bentley’s mission and vision.
  • Participate in various projects to enhance processes and technologies.
  • This is a permanent, full-time position.

 

 

What You Bring to The Team:

 

  • A minimum of 4 years Recruitment Experience required - EMEA preferred.
  • Prior experience recruiting for technical talent required.
  • Previous technical background preferred, but not required.
  • Understanding the fast-paced nature of recruitment and working with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, making recommendations to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate capability.
  • Ability to interact easily with all levels within the organization – tactful, mature and flexible.
  • Self-motivated and with clear goals, and the ability to execute daily tasks with limited supervision.
