In this role, you will provide competency-based training relating to a wide range of Siemens railway signalling systems and products to our staff and customers around Australia and surrounding countries. You will: Conduct technical training courses and assessment activities for employees and customers within the railway industry. Design, develop and maintain face to face and online training and assessments. Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop skills and in-depth product knowledge. Reviews feedback and modifies course materials as instructed. Provide technical support to project and commissioning. Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) course records. Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success. Support training team with course preparation. Use your skills to move the world forward. You are experienced in writing and editing technical documentation for products, processes and / or projects such as user manuals, job aids, technical instructions and bulletins etc. You are an experienced Technical Trainer or a rail professional with an interest to work in training department. You have Cert IV Training - TAE40116 or tertiary qualification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and your ability to build sound working relationships internally and externally with ensure success in the role. You are flexible to travel occasionally for business purposes.
