Job Description

  • Develops new courses and/or conducts formal professional technical training for engineers and technicians in company and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) engineers. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement. Create and manage digital 3D assets.
  • Interpret concept art and sketches to create virtual characters, environment, and props.
  • Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions, and other technical constraints.
  • Manage 3D assets for Dynamics 365 Guides.
  • Create textures and UV maps for triple-A Materials.
  • Optimize, refine, and correct model geometry.
  • Work closely with programmers to develop VR/AR/MR experience applications.
  • Keep abreast with the latest developments in 3D design, and modeling tools and technologies.
  • Build and train people on technical expertise so that they can develop 3d models on their own.
  • Understand project lifecycle, planning, and influencing stakeholders to project completion.
  • Update project progress regularly in Management forums.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor in 3D graphics design and modeling, digital animation or related fields.
  • Requires high-level knowledge and experience of 3D design and animation tools such as Blender, 3Ds Max, Maya, etc.
  • Having experience in software programming will be considered a plus.
  • An eye for detail and good visualization skills.
  • Ability to take feedback and make changes as required promptly.
  • Extensive knowledge in 3D art design, rigging, skinning, animation, etc.
  • Familiarity with animation techniques.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expert level knowledge and experience on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
