As a Technical Training Engineer for 3D and multimedia specialist, you'll need to :

• Create and manage digital 3D assets. Interpret concept art and sketches to create virtual characters, environment and props. Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions and other technical constraints.
• Manage 3D assets for Dynamics 365 Guides. Create textures and UV maps for triple A Materials. Optimize, refine and correct model geometry. Work closely with programmers to develop VR/AR/MR experience applications.
• Keep abreast with the latest developments in 3D design, and modelling tools and technologies. Graphics design, video-graph and editing. Understand project lifecycle, planning and influencing stakeholders to project completion.
• Manage and produce contents and videos for overall Advanced Packaging team. Scope includes: Videos for New Hires, key site messaging, year-end videos, ad-hoc internal campaign and external conference videos.
• Develops new courses and/or conducts formal professional technical training for engineers and technicians in company. Determines course content and student learning objectives, prepares course syllabi, lesson plans, and student manuals. Evaluates training materials and procedures and makes or recommends revisions to keep courses up to date. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Qualifications

Bachelor in 3D graphics design and modelling, digital animation. High level knowledge and experience of 3D design and animation tools such as Blender, 3Ds Max, Maya etc with good visualization skills. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to take feedback and make changes as required promptly with extensive knowledge in 3D arts design, rigging, skinning, animation etc. Familiarity with animation techniques. The candidate will require to have :

• Good communication and influencing skills.
• Creative Copywriting and Designing (Illustrator / Photoshop /Adobe)
• Videography and basic video editing
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
