As a high potential stat-up company, our client is a thin film transistors service provider for prototyping and small scale manufacturing of thin-film integrated circuits for various electronic components.

You will need to acquire process knowledge from tech partners and convert into production procedures and routines. Form and train engineering and design teams would be your job duty as well. You also will have to plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output. In the meantime, you willpatriciate in equipment acceptance tests and set up at vendors site and at fab site.

As an ideal candidate, you will be able to work in a team environment and you have more than 5 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You are an excellent communicator with strong language skill. You have outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills. Forther more, you are strong in advanced multidisciplinary machinery maintenance and performance improvement. Mostly, you have new technology development and transfer experience.
