Working Guideline

Background:
To meet the requirements of AliCloud project production standards, LB needs to continue to provide high quality, stable delivery capabilities.
After the analysis and planning of the production team and the management team, the company has specially made the plan for the work on the customer's side, and achieved the following work goals through on-site work.
Work goals:
1. Clearly understand AliCloud quality requirements, writing style and delivery standards, and generate the writing work guidance documents;
2. Build a smooth communication bridge to make AliCloud and LB communication-free, and gradually improve communication efficiency;
3. Maintain and promote stable production partnerships;
4. Submit 2K words of qualified content by working day at the beginning (2 months); gradually increase the daily output to 2.5K words after 2 months;
5. Weekly collect the comments in quality evaluation report to track quality improvement.
6. Weekly summary production experience, generate a weekly report, and submit to the production team.

Working schedule:
Work in AliCloud from Monday to Wednesday; work at LB on Thursday and Friday; Use DingTalk to log the working time strictly: From 9:30 am to 6:30 pm;

Job Responsibilities:
Learn products and instructions, participate in production training and production Q&A
Identify potential problems with the manuscript and seek reasonable solutions;
Chinese and English technical writing according to writing specifications and requirements;
Follow the technical instructions to ensure that the teminology and technical descriptions are accurate and professional;
Provide appropriate and professional English manuscripts on the basis of understanding the original Chinese text, and ensure that the technical document writing specifications are met;
