Information Editor/Author 技术服务内容工程师
Task(s): 工作职责

• Work proactively with OEM engineering (R&D) department to collect the technical inputs to start the content authoring. 主动与汽车主机厂工程（R＆D）部门合作，收集技术输入以启动内容开发
• Writing/maintaining the technical instructions (Diagnostics/Repair methods/Labor time/User Guides) and illustrations, Proof reading the technical publications.

• Keep close communication with the client to review the developed content to make sure the content is accurate and delivered as scheduled.

• Support the pre-sale activities and proposals.

Requirement(s): 职位要求 • College degree or above. Automotive Service/Maintenance is preferred.

• 3+ years’ experience within the automotive aftersales service industry (or Workshop Service technician). Service manual/Diagnostics/User Manual/Parts catalog development experience is preferred. 3年以上汽车售后服务行业（或车间维修技师）的经验。维修手册/诊断/用户手册/零件目录开发经验者优先。
• Familiar with some of the XML editors/illustration tools/CMS and Authoring software. Expert in developing structured and reusable content using XML/DITA/S1000D is preferred.
