Our Talent Development team is seeking a Technical Writer to deliver content that is accessible, accurate, and relevant to end users. This individual contributor role located in Dalian, China supports the Compliance Operations team as they keep customers, partners, and associates safe and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Successful candidates will partner with learning designers, subject matter experts, and project managers to create and manage content that balances business objectives with regional needs.

Candidates will participate in content management efforts, process development, and quality governance, while working independently on multiple projects. Experience with creating and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reference materials for technical or compliance roles is desired.


Key job responsibilities
• Manage several complex projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency to deliver solutions on time
• Write, edit, and publish technical, compliance, and business-related content to a variety of audiences
• Create SOPs, reference materials, and documentation
• Conduct quality reviews and perform routine content audits to assess adherence to governance standards
• Identify knowledge content types: SOPs, guidance notes, training materials and work flows etc.
• Navigate content and learning management systems, content tools, and SEO
• Evaluate content databases, collect data and insights to inform content and learning strategies
• Recommend improvements to content development processes
