Emission Recall Reports
• Continuous communication with Customer Services Manager to identify officially released Emission recall/service measure by HQ
• Continuous communication with HQ to clarify the details of planned Emission recall/service measure
• Collect information/data for voluntary emission recall report by forging collaboration with various departments in HQ and MBK
• Confirm with HQ whether any changes in serial production involved which may require modified certification or modification reporting
• Draft and submit Emission recall/service measure reports to MOE/TRPC; follow up with corrective orders
• Negotiate with MOE for any unreasonable order or requests
Government Reporting on Defects
• Monthly report to HQ on Warranty claim status of emission related components
• Quarterly report to TPRC on Warranty claim status of emission related components
• Continuous communication with HQ to prepare component defect analysis report; follow up with corrective orders
• Quarterly report to TPRC on the defect analysis
• Yearly report to TPRC on total Warranty claim status of emission related components
Data management
• Collect and manage mass data for Emission recall/service measure and Defect reports (Excel basis)
• Support KECO for Emission grade mapping of new vehicle models (on demand)
