1. Chinese nationality

2. Excellent English

3. Engineering Degree and strong technical background are required.

4. Experience in Permanent Magnet DC motors, gearmotors, traction systems, and electric control systems for DC motors is a plus as well as the knowledge of industrial cleaning machines, material handling machines and automation systems

5. Entrepreneurial attitude: he will closely work with the Sales Manager in order to develop the business into the Chinese market, dealing with existing customers and looking for new prospects

6. He will be responsible for preparing weekly reports

7. Able to provide after sales support, he will deal with customers’ needs on a daily basis

7. Willing to frequently travel within China and occasionally abroad

After six months of trial period, he will be involved in Europe for one month training on products.
