Job Description:
? To provide technical service to existing and potential customers for the refrigerant products;
? Help customers to understand FP products and use it well;
? Keep regular technical communication with customers to promote FP refrigerant;
? Support marketing team to implement LGWP refrigerant “Go to market” strategy;
? Develop technical partnership with lead industrial upstream/downstream players and main industrial associations;
? Communicate with global technology team regularly;
? Identify, initiate and manage new projects for business growth by working closely with the commercial and technology teams and the industry;
? Stabilize and extend business relations with existing and new customers, recognize and identify potential customers;
? Communicate the progress with leadership team through stage gate process;
? Ensure all work is carried out under Honeywell HSE policy.
Qualifications:

? Bachelor or above in Cryogenics and Refrigeration Engineering, automatic control or related field required;
? 3+ years’ experience in the refrigeration industry;
? A broad knowledge of heat transfer system and principle is preferred;
? Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural global organization are essential;
? Good communication ability both in internal and external
? Fluent English speaking and writing;
? Clean professional appearance; Good work ethic, Team player with a positive attitude; Strong fast learning capability;
? Willing to travel.
