Job Description

• You will be working at imec China reporting into the Logic Platform Integration group in Leuven, Belgium, to coordinate and provide process integration support to customers in China on logic CMOS technologies.
• You will receive training and work closely with the technologist and researchers at imec Leuven and be responsible for communicating and co-working with the customers in China to transfer and co-develop technologies.
• You will need to develop a detailed project plan to track progress and work with the customers to determine objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
• You will have to understand the interactions between the FEOL & BEOL integration modules as well as the implications of the characterization and electrical data and guide the development and transfer work at the customer location.
• Good communication and interaction with the other groups within the Logic Technologies department, as well as with other departments and Fab Operations, is required for this job. You will also take a major role in planning and will be required to communicate status and issues to your peers as well as the leadership team at imec.

Profile

？ Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied or Materials preferably combined with 5 years relevant industrial experience

？ Minimum of 3 years of semiconductor integration and/or device engineering (transistor development) experience in an R&D organization

？ Demonstrated ability to work well within a global team or environment

？ Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects independently to meet deadlines and commitments

？ Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs

？ Outstanding English and Chinese communication skills - both written and verbal

？ International travel required for training and coordinating with imec headquarter in Leuven, Belgium
