Function:
We are looking for a Support Engineer (full-time) to join our after-sales and support team. You'll be responsible for product training for our best-selling products such as Laserbox, xTool M1 and mCreate. Due to the compact size of our team, providing after-sales and repair services and handling after-sales logistics for corporate customers will also take up part of your time.
As a newly established branch of Makeblock Shenzhen Co., Ltd., we have more room for development. For example, drafting technical training courses, establishing a European after-sales network, developing a warehouse management system, participating in exhibitions...

【Requirements】:
1. Have a basic understanding of machinery and electronics.
2. Do it yourself.
3. Based in the Netherlands, most of the work will be carried out in the Suster factory, occasionally visiting customers in the Benelux, Germany and other parts of Europe.
4. EU driver's license is preferred.
5. Python knowledge is preferred.

【Salary】:
Basic monthly salary + overseas subsidy + incentive bonus, the specific monthly salary is determined according to the interview;
