职责描述：
1. Set up an execute control system of product process. Set up cord process card accurately and in time,etc.
建立/执行产品工艺控制体系。准确及时制定帘线工艺设定卡等。

2.Sample and trial lot，According to the new product developing plan,define and organize the necessary machine and technology equipment needed in production,etc.
样品及试验批：根据新产品开发计划，确定并组织获得生产所需必要的设备及工艺技术装备等。

3. Problem solving,Solving the technical problems occurred in the production, ensure the smooth production,etc.
问题解决：及时解决生产过程中出现的技术问题，确保生产平稳进行等。

4. Cost saving,Assist production department in controlling the scrap rate effectively,etc.
生产成本控制：从技术角度协助生产部门提高设备的开机效率等。

5. Technical/Process training write the product, training materials on technology of product, process control and adjustment,etc.
技术工艺培训：编制产品、产品技术/工艺控制和调整的相关培训教材等。

任职要求：

1、Master degree or above 硕士及以上学历；

2、1 year related working experience 相关工作经验1年；

3、Major in material and mechanism engineering or heat treatment engineering or chemistry and related engineering 金属材料/热处理/化学及相关专业；

4、Good English skill；英语良好；

5、With ability of making program and plan 建立计划和程序的能力；

6、Ability of influence other persons 影响他人的能力；

7、Good internal communication skill 良好的内部人际交流能力；

8、Self management skill 自我管理能力；

9、Good ideation skill 良好的思考的技能；

10、Good awareness in quality, customer and safety 良好的质量、客户和安全意识；

11、Knowing well SPC, CPK, PPK Statistic technology 熟悉SPC, CPK, PPK等统计技术；

12、Know well "Five Great Core Tools" 熟悉“五大核心工具"。
