- Provide field technical support and production trouble shooting support at customer's site - New system set-up, maintenance support and buyoff equipment |
- Delivers technical consulting to customers based on ADVANTEST products and services |
- Customer interfaces such as visits, meetings, complaints and feedback |
- Conduct training courses to customers |
- Communicate with customers to ensure services delivered meet their requirements |
