Key Responsibilities:

• Run in an independent way the laboratory work: weigh and measure flavors, prepare samples and dilutions.
• Be involved in tasting sessions (organization of sessions, preparation of samples, tastings)
• Run stability tests and check flavor solubility according to established protocol, realize analysis (Brix, pH,Flash point…) with laboratory equipment.
• Manage the stock of raw materials, the flavors library and the maintenance of the laboratory and equipment.
• Manage various administrative internal systems/tasks and keep daily record on orders, dispatch, laboratory work.

• Support Project manager for other related tasks.

We value:

• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years related experiences are preferred
• Flavor or food industries are preferred
• Lims/SAP operation experiences are preferred
• Ability to work with in a team driven structure; ability to work under pressure to achieve set deadlines and activities
• Good plan and communication skills
• Basic reading, writing and communicating in English High attention to detail, great reliability when following pre-established procedures
