1. Execute lab memory reliability qualification plan, monitor and update status in time
2. Interact with production team and execute large volume reliability testing by using production tester
3. Operate test data collection and update result
4. Support 1st level failure analysis on reliability failures
5. Conduct hardware/equipment maintenance and lab 6S
6. Support logistic work which is related to qualification activity

1. Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with adequate knowledge on semiconductor packaging/testing process and technology
2. Good communicate skills
3. Quick learning ability
4. Multiple task handling skill
