POSITION SUMMARY

• Technician is responsible for carrying out day to day operation, repairing and maintenance in hotel property and facilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist the Foreman in day to day operation of the Engineering Department and to perform shift duties
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to all Plants and keeps records to maintain in proper control of them to ensure efficient and trouble free functioning of engineering system
• Keep log of daily activities
• Assume duty on stage performance operation
• Carry out daily reactive maintenance as assigned by the works order system, including all plants and equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Holder of Electrical License or Boiler-man Certificate
• Holder of related Trade certificates
• Skillful hands-on worker with minimum 3 year experience
• High efficiency and good technical background
• Demonstrate team spirit and cooperation
• Average speaking and writing skill both English and Chinese
• Additional duties as necessary and assigned
