The Technician is responsible for independently performing campaigns, accessory installations, diagnostic procedures, programming, repairs, services, and inspections on BMW, MINI, and Rolls Royce brand vehicles. All work must follow BMW Group Repair Procedures and Quality Standards within the prescribed flat rate times. The Technician is also responsible for keeping time records of repair/warranty work and updating all pertinent warranty, repair, and campaign documentation. He/she must utilize BMW Group test equipment, technical information systems, parts ordering, flat rate system, and BMW Group special tools.

• Perform Campaigns

• Perform Vehicle Services
• Perform Vehicle Inspections

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years experience in automotive repairs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• ASC Certified

Preferences

• Vocational/specialist training in automotive technical field
• Knowledge of: VMS, AIR, KSD, ETK
