·         Execute lab memory reliability qualification plan, monitor and update status in time

·         Interact with production team and execute large volume reliability testing by using production tester

·         Operate test data collection and update result

·         Support 1st level failure analysis on reliability failures

·         Conduct hardware/equipment maintenance and lab 6S

·         Support logistic work which is related to qualification activity

·         执行实验室可靠性认证计划，监测并及时更新测试进度；

·         与生产部门沟通协作，在量产测试机上执行大规模可靠性测试；

·         收集测试数据并更新测试结果；

·         对可靠性失效样品进行初步失效分析；

·         负责实验室测试设备和治具的维护和实验室6S整治；

·         对可靠性相关的物流工作提供帮助

·         Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with adequate knowledge on semiconductor packaging/testing process and technology

·         Good communicate skills

·         Quick learning ability

·         Multiple task handling skill

·         Decent English reading and writing skill
