Responsible for timely solve Test Equipment issue to meet output goal, and support engineering activities

1, Leve III  certification

2, Timely Conversion and products normal knowledge to ensure production run

3, Basic Trouble shooting solving capacity and production judgement

4, Perform Test equipment conversion and do well 6S job and ensure the continued and smoothed production

5, Do Spare parts hand out ; replacement; and make good recode for tracking

6, Weekly, monthly PM implement and buyoff

7, Tooling maintenance

8, Meet the goals on Machine Down time; Utilization ; to improve MTBA/MTBF

9, Do shift online support for continuous production line and ensure equipment in good performance. to meet the goals on quality, yield, and cost, utilization and cycle time

10, Implement the proactive & preventive maintenance plan, to do the regular maintenance job and to improve equipment capability thru continuous improvement activities

11, Give training Operator about machine operation and to improve their working skill

12, Half-year PM implement and buyoff

13, Machine, Tooling, Parts calibration and maintain

14, Tooling buyoff

15, Expert on trouble shooting solving and potential risk judgement

16, Give training Tech I & Tech II about machine maintain/Troubleshooting and to improve their working skill
