Responsibilities:

●       Shift online support for production line, troubleshooting of Prober, Tester and ensure KGD machine on good performance

翻班支持产线，针测机、测试机异常报警处理确保正常运行

●       Responsible for KGD machine conversion and do well 6S control

负责KGD设备改机及6S 管理

●       Responsible for Prober, Tester preventive maintenance including related calibration.

负责针测机和测试机的维护保养、校准

●       KGD machine failure spare parts point out, replacement, tester boards verification.

KGD设备损坏记录,领取和替换, 测试板验证

●       Responsible for Probe Card preventive maintenance and verification on Prober

负责探针卡领取,维护保养及验证

●       Enough engineering support to equipment engineer or high level supervisor.

执行工程师以及主管的指派任务

●       Knowledge in mechanical and electrical principle and advanced prober and tester experience

熟悉机械和电气原理和针测机和测试机经验

●       Given training to MFG operator on basic operation and support to training team on Level 1 examination

培训设备基础操作及L1内容给操作员

●       Support to process or quality engineering team on any inquire

支持工艺或质量、工程团队的需求

●       Support to raw data collect and machine status monitor and basic data analysis to improve KGD machine OEE/ MTBA

支持数据收集,监控机器状态,基础数据分析改善KGD设备OEE/MTBA

●       Follow equipment specification to do machine installation & buy off.

根据设备规格书完成设备安装和验收

Requirements:

● Diploma, Major in Engineering will be preferred.

大专学历，主修理工科优先

● Between 1~3 years of similar function in IC Test.

在封装测试行业类似岗位1～3年工作经验者

● Workable English.
