Position Description:

The main function is to execute a detailed, quality, and on time Inspection on any project after the pump disassembly, Inspection, Cleaning, Repair and Assembly. In his/her responsibilities is perform the router to do inspection, fill the templates and the repair according to company rules.

Position Requirements:

a. Hands on duty on the Dismantling, Clean and Inspection process, of any pump (Repair or Upgrade) in local QRC assuming the objectives and policies related to Quality.

b. Remove visible dirt, grit oil, grease and other foreign matter from pump product parts, prior to assembly. Frequently apply primer and finish coatings to the exterior of pump products and parts using spray equipment.

c. Comply with daily usage of the required operating systems (SCP/AMP) manufacturing and quality processes.

d. Verify parts per bill of material and drawings.

a. Maintain hand tools and shop floor in 6S manner after work.

b. Follow up ISO and Safety guidelines.

Preferences:

a. Senior High School and above.

b. Ability to read and know the simple English.

c. Mechanical Engineering or background.

d. 1 year above Mechanical Working Experience.

e. Hands on for rotating equipment Experience would be great.

f. Lathe or Milling Machine (CNC or Traditional) experience would be great.

g. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications and procedures.

h. Basic computer Skill for Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.

a. Would be able to continue improve repair methods, skills and cost saving.

j. Ability to operate various hand tools, i.e. hydraulic torque wrench and fire torch.

k. Ability to operate various precision measuring tools, i.e. micrometers, verniers, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) in a warehouse environment.

l. Meet all KPIs reflected on this profile.

m. Complete required reports and quality documents. Function as part of a quality team and interface with inspectors on the team.
