Monitor and maintain the normal operation of facility equipment within the complex, and ensure they are operated in a safe and efficient manner

Carry out routine maintenance and urgent repair works in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations

Respond to calls in all areas of the complex including the kitchen and hotel suites

Assist the Shop Supervisor in monitoring the contractors carrying out maintenance and urgent repair works and ensure their works are in compliance with the required specifications and standards

Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Closely monitoring the HVAC system

Regular cleaning and replacement of filters and repair of Equipment

Assist the Shop Supervisor in monitoring the contractors carrying out the mechanical and electrical maintenance and urgent repair works and ensure their works are in compliance with the required specifications and standards

Primary School or High School Graduate

3 – 4 years’ experience in related area

Using tools and equipment of the trade

Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, drawings, schematics, diagrams, sketches, and specifications

Installs heating, ventilating, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems, equipment, and controls on new construction, alteration, improvement and rehabilitation projects

Reads meters and gauges and records data such as temperature of equipment, hours of operation, fuel consumption, and temperature and analysis of fuel gases

Calibrates and adjusts thermostats, valves, and controls to specified levels of operation

Learn basic features of computer equipment

Have a mature personality, work independently and get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team

Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift and meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies

Have a well groomed, professional appearance
