Job Description
FUNCION PRINCIPAL Realizar cambio de fixtures y ajustes necesarios durante el proceso, utilizar instrumentos de medición especializados para verificar los resultados de las operaciones. Ejecutar el programa de mantenimiento preventivo semanal. FUNCIONES ESENCIALES Realizar cambios de fixtures Realizar ajustes al proceso cuando sea necesario. Utilizar instrumentos de medición especializados para determinar los resultados de la operación de los equipos, asegurando la calidad del producto. Manejar información proveniente de planos, manuales, etc. para la configuración o seteo de los equipos. Documentar y dar seguimiento a reportes y/o informaciones necesarios para mantenimiento preventivo del área (TPM) Asegurarse de que los equipos bajo su responsabilidad, cumplen con los estándares de seguridad establecidos. Identificar los fixtures que necesiten mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Realizar las tareas/responsabilidades de Técnico de Mantenimiento Preventivo/correctivo a los componentes del secundario del transformador de las maquinas en su área designada. Realizar el Lock out-Tag out en todos los procesos de reparación de maquinarias. Responsabilidades relacionadas con Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS) Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH. Responsable de velar por las normas de seguridad así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton. Qualifications CONOCIMIENTO ESPECIALIZADO Bachiller Graduado técnico vocacional* Mecánica/electrónica 1 año como Machine Operator.
