This Job responsibilities are equivalent to Project Coordinator

Duties include

1. to design, upgrade & maintain clinic management system, elderly membership system & corporate website (Yan Chai)
2. to consult with users and clarify requirements, identify problems and suggest changes
3. to prepare detailed specifications for system enhancement
4. to work closely with vendors and end user representative for project task processes
5. to ensure internal standards and compliance policies compliance
6. to perform assigned tasks in order to produce quality and timely deliverables
7. to develop IT infrastructure solutions, including but not limited to networking, servers, firewalls, end user devices, and their framework
8. non-office hour support is required but rare occurrence 

 The applicant must possess

1. a recognized certificate/diploma or above in Information Technology (IT) or other related discipline
2. 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSE including “Grade E/Level 2" or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) or equivalent;
3. good communication, interpersonal, project management and problem solving skills
