Duties include

1. To design, upgrade & maintain clinic management system, elderly membership system & corporate website
   
2. To consult and clarify users requirements, identify problems and suggest changes
3. To prepare detailed specifications for system enhancement
4. Oversee internal and delivered work of vendors
5. Non-office hour support is required but rare occurrence 

 The applicant must possess

1. A recognized diploma or above in Information Technology (IT) or other related discipline or equivalent
   
2. 5 passes in HKCEE, including “Grade E" or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) or equivalent
3. Good knowledge and experience in IT system development, design concepts and development tools
4. With experience in SQL, Java, JavaScript, VB and multi-thread programming. Design and software development experience on Database, application systems on Linux/Windows or web systems are preferable
5. Good communication, interpersonal, strong analytical, problem solving and project-management skills
