• Maintain the chillers, FCU, AHU, AC split, fridges, stoves, cold rooms, gas storage and laundry equipment. 

• Attends daily departmental briefing.

• Ensures that the Plant area and Work shop is always clean and in good condition.                                                      

• Maintains all equipment to be used in anytime needed. 

• Maintains cleanliness throughout the Engineering area.                                                                                  

• Does all new wood construction of partitions, installing doors, windows, etc. 

• Assists Duty Engineer for the Lay out procedures and directions of new construction, advises methods of repair of doors, cabinets, house and office furniture. 

• Estimated jobs and materials. 

• Assists Duty Engineer for Ordering materials needed for all jobs. 

• Good engineering knowledge and skills
