En Eaton (Haina DR) tenemos la vacante Technician.MFG.Engineering.Setup. Este rol tiene las siguientes responsabilidades: Realizar cambios de fixtures y ajustes necesarios durante el proceso de soldadura utilizando herramientas e instrumentos de medición especializados. Ejecutar el programa de mantenimiento preventivo asignado a las máquinas de soldadura, fixtures y otras máquinas del área de Welding. Asegurar que el ajuste (set-up) cumple con los criterios de calidad y seguridad establecidos. Realizar cambios de fixtures, electrodos, guías y dispositivos electro-neumáticos a máquinas del área. Realizar ajustes al proceso cuando sea necesario para cumplir criterios de calidad, productividad y seguridad Utilizar instrumentos de medición especializados para determinar los resultados de la operación de los equipos, asegurando la calidad del producto. Utilizar información proveniente de planos, manuales, instrucciones de trabajo, etc. para la configuración y parámetros de operación de los equipos. Documentar y dar seguimiento a reportes y/o informaciones necesarios para mantenimiento preventivo del área (TPM) Asegurarse de que los equipos bajo su responsabilidad, cumplen con los estándares de seguridad y Lean establecidos. Identificar y ejecutar el mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo o reemplazo de los fixtures, electrodos y las maquinas asignadas. Realizar las tareas/responsabilidades de Mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo a los componentes neumáticos, puntos de contacto, drenaje de la máquina, holders y guardas de seguridad. Realizar análisis de fallas del equipo y su reparación enfocada en los insumos del equipo. Qualifications Requisitos: Bachiller Técnico o Bachiller modalidad general con al menos120 horas de cursos Mecánica/Electrónica/Eléctrica Experiencia: cumplir con una de las siguientes: 1 año experiencia en manufactura o posiciones relacionadas a mantenimiento/operación de equipos industriales 6 meses de experiencia en manufactura o posiciones relacionadas a mantenimiento/operación de equipos industriales + 3 meses de pasantía en el área electrónica, eléctrica, mecatrónica, automatización, mantenimiento, setup welding y/o maquinarias *No tener amonestaciones activas (aplicantes internos) *Favor agregar su curriculum y certificaciones de estudios What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
