Responsibilities 職責:

• Perform daily technical duties, provide facilities support and services, ensure effectiveness of hostel operations. 負責旅舍日常維修，提供支援，以確保旅舍的營運效益
• Painting and wooden furniture repairing works, general cement and plastering works 負責油漆工作、維修傢俱及木器；一般泥水工作
• Perform other ad hoc duties when required, e.g. urgent repairs during adverse weather 執行由上司指派的輪班或其他工作，例如惡劣天氣下的緊急維修

Requirements 入職要求:

• Form 3 or above 中三或以上程度
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience 3年或以上相關工作經驗
• Holder of Painter and Decorator / Carpentry Intermediate Trade Certificate will be an advantage 持有油漆/木工中工証書獲優先考慮
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training 持有效平安咭
• Good spoken Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin, written Chinese 能操流利廣東話、略懂英語及普通話，懂書寫中文
