Carry out any duty assigned by his/her supervisors. Perform repair and maintenance services to ensure the equipment, system and plants achieve its best condition. Maintain the functionality of all life safety equipment in place and ready to operate at all times.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• According to the established schedule, achieve high quality services, repair and maintenance works efficiently
• Maintain and operate assigned machines/ equipment or 'Primary Plant' , in order to provide continuous and consistent utilities required for operations
• Handle the verification, storage and utilization of all tool/material/parts to maintain the equipment, system and plant as per the established policy and procedures
• Report immediately to Duty Engineer / Engineer any difficulties in completing jobs
• Maintain and ensure all tool and equipment are in good order at all times
• Project good grooming standards when dealing with customer
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to superiors and relevant departments
• Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

1 - 2 years working experience in a hotel or in a similar capacity

Education:

Secondary school certificate in Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical or other rated discipline, or equivalent professional training is preferred

Candidates without any trade certificates but with solid experience will also be considered

Skills / Competencies:

• Able to read and communicate in Cantonese / Mandarin and able to speak English is preferred
• Good technical knowledge of various central plant, E&M systems and equipment
• Holding of valid Macau Construction Industry Safety Card is an advantage
• Perform other duties as and when required very last minute and at time of emergency
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
• Frequently / Occasional ascending or descending ladders and/or ramps and ability to work in high rise site
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis
• Ability to work on overtime when needed
• Good health, physically fit and excellence in personal grooming and presentation
