For our Sourcing Office in Shanghai – we are looking for a Senior Garment Technician. The successful candidate will work closely with the product manager, designer from Paris and with the merchandiser in Shanghai.

For our Sourcing Office in Shanghai – we are looking for Technician- Shoes Hometown/Family related with 广州、广东省.. The successful candidate will work closely with the merchandiser, technician in Shanghai Office and quality service in Europe. The candidate will report directly to the Quality Supervisor based in Shanghai.

Your Responsibilities:

• The process of the production samples, validating measurements, construction and workmanship of the garments and maintaining quality control.

• Working in collaboration with designers and Production Managers to ensure proper interpretation of styling details and fit standards.

• Follow-up and daily communication with suppliers.

• Resolve manufacturing problems

• Build detailed tech packs utilizing designer's initial flat sketch and trim sheet / information. Create detailed technical illustrations & specs.

• Lead fit sessions with live models or dummies.

• Organize and manage required corrections to patterns.

• Train supplier to meet TW standards.

Your Profile

• Minimum 9 years’ experience in in Technician filed, good experience in Shoes, as Accessories-Shoes, bags Technician in a fashion women’s wear company;

• Associate or Bachelor degree or above from Textile / Clothing engineering/Technical Engineering/Fashion Design

• Work base on Shanghai , Hometown or family relates with Guang Zhou or Guang Dong province is preferred.

• Very good Technician work experience in Shoes, Bags, Accessories field and a few years merchandising work experience is preferential

• Organized, and self-motivated person, able to work independently and also in a team within a fast paced environment

• Excellent English knowledge orally and in written
