工作職責Job Duties

• 管理技術維修團隊，維持部門日常維修工作
  Supervise the technician team and perform daily routine maintenance works
• 監督技術維修團隊之工作表現，確保同事服務符合公司標準
  Oversee the technicians’ performance to ensure that customer demands are being met and all company regulations are being followed
• 定期為技術維修員提供訓練，以確保同事能獨立處理維修及緊急技援工作
  Conduct regular training to new technicians and experienced technicians
• 收集顧客意見及跟進投訴個案，以提升服務質素
  Consolidate customers’ feedback, handle and follow up complaints to enhance service level

工作要求Job Requirements

• 具五年或以相關工作經驗及兩年管理經驗
  5 years or above related experience with 2 years supervisory experience
• 持電子工程高級文憑或以上相關學歷
  Higher Diploma in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
• 能書寫及操流利英語，粵語及普通話
  Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 以客為先，具領導才能及良好溝通能力
  Customer-oriented, with excellent leadership and communication skills
