Objectives:

Ensure the performance of the engine lab in safety, quality and quantity. Responsibility for defined areas. Efficient and effective use of BASF resources. Main Tasks:

Ensure good performance on welding works Keep Knowledge sharing mindset, willing to take challenge tasks, open mind to learn more/new technology Responsible for welding samples & other assigned mechanical works. Responsible for the safety in the delegated working area Responsible for the execution of test procedures Coordination of test series Evaluate the welding results to ensure highest test quality Responsible for special equipment with government certified license. (e.g. welding license) Further tasks can be given if needed Requirements:

College / good Mechanical work experience /or focus on welding works many years + 5 years as Welder in industry. Preferred experience on high temperature stainless steel welding experience & as bridge manufactory welder, or engine component welder.
