• Evaluating products during Fit/Red seal stage to ensure samples are approved to meet F&F quality standard, safety and legal requirements
• Conducting Risk assessment for all products to identify potential quality, legal and safety issues and defining controls to manage them and providing solutions to potential problems
• Evaluating suppliers Sample room twice a year to make sure all requirements are met to deliver the correct products for F&F
• Working with UK technical team to create the blocks to ensure all correct blocks are updated & available on TQC
• Participating in Buying trip meeting to provide required technical inputs relevant to product
• Working collaboratively with Production technical team to make sure all information during Red seal process is understood & implemented at BULK
• Achieving objectives & Key Performance Indicators for Garment technical team
• Conducting TCGT (Tesco certified Garment technologist) training program minimum twice a year
• Introduction training for new suppliers on Tesco’s sampling process, Risk assessment, MMS, Legal & Safety requirements & ways of working
• Monitoring TCGTC (Tesco certified Garment Technologist) performance for relevant suppliers
