About the Team:
Accelerated Computing Systems and Graphics Group (AXG) Super Compute Platforms team's vision is to democratize supercomputing for all and be the first on the market with Zetta scale offerings across GPU OAM platforms as well as super compute systems.
About the Role:
The Super Compute Platforms team is looking for a Technologist to help drive ideas and intercept proven technologies into our Zetta Scale Products. As a member of the Super Compute Platforms team, your responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
Collaborate across intel and industry to guide the direction of Super Compute HW/SW by working with architecture, silicon, software and platform teams.
Work with product architecture and business teams to identify prioritized list of HPC applications and workflows. Use those to maintain workloads and micro-benchmark suites.
Interface with SW teams to jointly optimize the system flows/SW stack to meet these goals
Identify top issues and performance limitations in existing HPC applications on current products. Invent new compute and programming models that mitigate these performance limiters in our path to zetta-scale .
Develop tools, infrastructure and methodologies for measurements, comparisons and reports.
Work with modeling and measurements team to generate projections, comparisons and analysis reports for internal consumption as well as customer commits and publications.
The technologist will help lead various domains through Product definition, System and Silicon architecture choices, and power/performance evaluation. This work will contribute to product concepts and execution commits based on intel's gladius product life cycles.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
15+ years of experience in HPC/AI performance analysis and/or System architecture.
This role needs a strong background in High Performance Computing with an understanding of workloads and applications, and ability to use modeling techniques to work with underlying technologies such as Memory, Storage and fabrics, CPU/GPU architecture.
Strong skills with algorithm analysis, parallel programming models as well as programming ability
Good task prioritization, time management and organizational skills
Experience at creating and fostering a creative, collaborative, innovative, positive, fun, and accountable team culture
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary, distributed team environment as well as leading a small team.
Effective written and verbal communication and ability to distill ideas, progress and results via presentations to senior executives.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$179,510.00-$314,070.00
