- Understand customer technology Roadmap and key inflection, translating into process equipment needs/gaps

- Drives the adoption of new technology at the customer site:.  

- Building Process Flow along with its WFE

• Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories and practices
• Technology expert in multiple customer device family: Power Device, CIS, RF, Advanced packaging...

• Leads through through technical understanding/expertise to support sales, PSE/AEs and PSE/AEs management

• Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment
