Project management and negotiation skills are a necessity to negotiate key deliverables or support between multiple organizations.

Must be able to spend time on the manufacturing floor for extended periods to collect data thru direct observations. 

Capability of working in a rapidly changing TD environment and excellent tolerance of ambiguity.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in layout/facility planning with at least 5 years relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of factory layout and capacity business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis.
• Knowledge of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.
• Structured problem solving (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Model Based Problem Solving).
• Knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing operations, flows, equipment, material handling systems, facilities and factory capacity/capital systems.
• AutoCAD  knowledge and or experience.

Onsite work required Chandler Arizona.
