Working in the Technology department, taking the responsibility of industrialization projects for bags manufacturing in China. In this context, working within the Sartorius Technology Global network to share and improve manufacturing processes and build a local supplier network being able to accompany our development. Participate and act within global technology projects to implement new processes and bring technical expertise.

Main tasks:

1. Development of new production technology, production process and production tools/equipments/machines

2. Industrialization and qualification of production processes and tools/equipments/machines

3. Handover/transfer the knowledge of developed production process, production tools/equipments/machines (including but not limited to related Qualification, Validation, SOP, WI) to local site

4. Organization, design/plan, implementation and management of project

Requirments:

1. Bachelor degree in Machinery, Electronics and Automation

2. Knowledge of FMEA methodology, plan control and SPC approach

3. Knowledge of GMP

4. More than 3 years of engineering experience in Manufacturing R&D, Production Support, Equipment Maintenance & Management

5. More than 3 years of experience for production process, computer and application in mechanical manufacturing field

6. Experience with production operations management and Lean production

7. Strong experience for project management

8. Fluent in oral and written English

9. Have good communication skill and be a good team player
