Job duties of this Role:

The digital revolution is changing everything. It’s everywhere – transforming how we work and play. Are you reacting to the disruption each day or are you leading the way as a digital disrupter?

You’ll deliver analytically-informed, issue-based solutions that help clients make faster, smarter decisions. You’ll play a critical role in helping them tackle complex business issues. You will be working jointly with strategists and technology experts from our broader digital community on consulting missions and implementation around analytics.  

Your Responsibilities:

• Establish, review, implement and monitor the execution of testing strategy 
• Develop test schedule and communicates to all stakeholders
• Prepare test case planning with documentation and management of testing throughout the project.
• Provide advice on technical decisions and testing practice to testing team members
• Act as onshore test lead to provide project testing estimation and coordination, scope control and monitoring of multiple projects in parallel.
• Acquire, train and develop resources to improve team competency
• Plan and conduct Deployment verification test and Post-implementation verification test
• Review and improves test approach, test methodology, and test process
• Communicate extensively with multiple parties include managing client stake-holders from different regions, business users, consulting partners and testing team.
• Implement best practices in testing practices/tools, technology trends, for all projects
