The duties of the Technology Analyst are Tech procurement, Vendor Management, Contract Admin, Tech Resource System Admin, Technology Management Support, and any other duties as assigned.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Technology Procurement – coordinate purchase of hardware/software requests from users or within Technology division
Vendor Management – Outsourcing Due Diligence of outsourced vendors; Service Level Reporting for internal customers
Contract Administration – Adobe Sign administrator and custodian of the Technology contracts
Administration of the Technology Resource system (Tempus) and Sharepoint
Technology Management Support – prepare high level presentation deck for CTO meetings
Any other duties as assigned
