Job duties of this Role:

• Work with the functional team and customer to define the application’s technical requirements, architecture requirements.
• Collaborate with the functional team and project manager to ensure that the technical direction is consistent with the client’s long-term strategy.
• Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the Oracle Cloud application.
• Lead the technical requirements, design, and implementation. When applicable, work with the development lead, integration lead, and conversion lead on these tasks.
• Own and maintain the Development Inventory.
• Collaborate closely with the development team. Often, the technical lead is onsite with the client, whereas the development lead is offsite managing the development team. The technical lead and development lead should work together like a well-oiled machine to get through the integrations, custom reports, data conversions, and any applicable extensions in a timely fashion and with high quality development.
• Review deliverables throughout development to ensure quality and requirement traceability.
• Identify and communicate any cross-area or cross-release issues that affect other project areas.
• Validate the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements.
• Determine how many tenants are needed and can be supported for the multiple iterations and throughout development (interfaces and application), test, training, production, production support, etc.
• Ability to provide technical leadership on client engagement, including serving as a resource to the project team and the client by evaluating and proposing technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues
