Essential Responsibilities: - Design and qualify lighting products for NA market

• Own product validation process
• Closely work with global technology and other function teams (product management, sourcing, quality, EHS, supply chain) to ensure program on-time delivery
• Closely work with local suppliers to improve their technical capability to GE standards;
• Own GE internal review process of program execution & Qualification

Qualifications/Requirements: -Bachelor degree or above, major in Science or Engineering disciplines, prefer Electronic, Physics, Materials, Mechanical.

• 3 years related working experience, or Fresh postgraduate;
• Strong communication skills on both oral and written English;
• Good team player;
• Eager to initiate and drive changes cross different function teams;
• Willing to take challenges and learn new knowledge.
