assist with operation of risk processes related to technology(including new business initiatives and complex transactions)
lead and coordinate technology risk reviews
make sure regulatory requirements and requests are dealt with in a disciplined, timely and efficient manner
stay up on technology regulatory requirements and trends with particular focus on the financial regulators such as the CBIRC, CSRC etc
check that material issues are escalated to the relevant control functions and that reputation concerns are escalated to senior management
manage and track remediation where controls are deficient
provide risk and regulatory advisory support serving as the subject matter expert in support of technology teams and the business in location
oversee and provide regulatory inputs and engage with group technology streams for any regulatory inspection
